We've been using Sip and Ship, where we have a mailbox, for over five years, both for personal and business needs. Several things have always stood out for me with them. First, the service is top notch. The people that work at S&S are always very nice, very capable, and very responsive. It's clear that Diana, the owner, makes a point of carefully screening and training employees. Probably my only regret in this area is that one day you suddenly realize that someone you've gotten to know a little over the months has moved on, and that you weren't able to thank them for all their wonderful help. The second thing that stands out for me with Sip and Ship is that Diana is very good at running a business and, in particular, focusing on customer needs or interests. It's on display everywhere in her stores, including the quality of her employees and the wonderful taste in the products she sells (Sip and Ship is more than just a shipping and mailbox center). So, in a word, a big thanks to everyone at Sip and Ship, past and present.
