MON | November 8 : National Cappuccino Day
Order up! Who knew that dropping off your online returns at BALLARD Sip and Ship could come with a "Tall Cappucino To Go!?!" Our Ballard barista team awaits your arrival with FREE tape and the ease of printing off your DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS prepaid shipping returns right from your home or phone. Email us your return shipping labels to us at [email protected] and we'll handle the rest while you sip a bit of warm sunshine in a cup!

SAT | November 13 : World Kindness Day
We believe that kindness is contagious and can't think of a better reason for you to jot someone a note and mail a smile on this day! It's truly astonishing how something so simple can deliver such happiness. All you have to do is bring in a letter from home or purchase ANY card from our shift shop and we'll put a FREE first class stamp on it. Our hearts are swelling up just thinking about pressing that stamp on that letter or card for you!

THUR | November 25 : Thanksgiving
Sip and Ship will be closed this day, so please plan ahead to collect your mail and packages. Ultimately, allowing you to sit back, relax and enjoy time with your family and friends with servings of gratitude.

SAT | November 27 : Small Business Saturday
Every year Sip and Ship looks forward to this event because we get to stock up on carefully curate specialty gifts, festive confections and gift wrapping flare so that we can give you what you need to get the holiday season off to a great start! We also view Small Business Saturday as an opportunity to come together as a community, join forces and through your purchases give back to two incredible organizations in the Seattle area: (1) The Duwamish Tribe - a people who came before us and whose land we are fortunate to conduct business on everyday, and (2) Mary's Place - an amazing team of individuals working hard everyday to serve, safeguard and help vulnerable women and children rebuild their lives from homelessness. We hope you'll join us in our mission to serve you and our shared community.

Sip and Ship is celebrating its 19th birthday this week! 

Come celebrate by taking a coffee break on us this Friday, October 15th. The Ballard Sip and Ship (our flagship store) will be proudly serving FREE 12oz lattes from 10-4. Each cup brimming with velvety appreciation for what was dreamed up 19 years ago and what has become Seattle's go-to spot to get errands done quickly, pick up last minute birthday gifts and experience the friendliest and most reliable mail and package shipping service in town.

As much as we were hoping to reopen the Greenwood Sip and Ship coffee shop by now, it's not in the cards just yet. However, through our sweet partnership with Seattle Chocolates, instead of free lattes, their signature truffles will be shared with our valued Greenwood community there (while they last!).

Swing on in so the Sip and Ship team can extend a small token of appreciation and personally thank you for all of your support over the years. 

Whether you’re shipping a book to grandma or a vinyl record to a friend, we have an easy solution for you. 

When sending a care package to a college student or dear friend and you don’t want their favorite chocolate chip cookies or treats to arrive as crumbs, we have an easy solution for you. 

Even when faced with moving your office or home with artwork and/or furniture as part of the equation, Sip and Ship can professionally pack your artwork and, if necessary, get your furniture crated and shipped anywhere in the world. 

Our team has even been known to expertly pack and ship bridal bouquets and freshly baked birthday cakes with gentle and great care.
