Every year the Phinneywood Neighborhood Association partners with small businesses along Greenwood Avenue for the BIG ONE - the neighborhood's annual BIG PhinneyWood Art Walk. On May 10th from 6pm-8pm, Greenwood Sip and Ship proudly features local letterpress artist and card maker, Ja Teuber of Ilee Papergoods along with our very own Ballard Sip and Ship Store Manager and Music Composer, Nathaniel Moore with his wife Natassia. The name of their duet is Deux Gitans and they will be performing a soft jazz and guitar repertoire of Bossa Nova, the Great American Songbook, as well as original music. They go on at 7pm and if you miss them, their music can be found on Spotify, iTunes, and Amazon. While taking in the sights and sounds at Greenwood Sip and Ship, you’re invited to find the perfect Mother’s Day card (and gift) and sample a couple of wine varietals presented by Fortuity Cellars, a family owned and budding local winemaker from Yakima Valley.
