We’re excited to spotlight another amazing team member in our monthly digital postcard series.
It’s no secret that our employees are what make Sip and Ship shine, and we’re excited to share more about them with you. In this new monthly series, you’ll receive a digital postcard highlighting our talented crew members, featuring unique information about them that you wouldn’t otherwise have known —besides being a bright spot in your day. Meet our team inside each exclusive digital postcard and come experience Sip and Ship’s in-store charm, adding a little extra pizzazz your day! This month we have a postcard from Joe Naramore, who has been with Sip and Ship since day one. Many of you will recognize him as the eldest of three Naramore sons. Joe is one of the most well rounded and adaptable employees we have. He currently manages our digital mailboxes and is one of our most trusted notaries. Our digital or virtual mailbox service is one of our most comprehensive services, allowing customers to extensively travel while still conducting business as usual. Thanks to wonderful employees like Joe, customers have the ability to view their mail and package deliveries from anywhere through our online portal. Giving them the ability to access the support they need to get client payments deposited and critical documents or packages forwarded to them anywhere in the world with a click of a button. Joe is the human in the room and handles every request with great attention and care. When Joe isn’t in-store working diligently with our virtual mailbox mail clients, he can be found maintaining his in-home aquariums, otherwise referred to as aquascaping, and caring for his many fish and pet gecko. Joe is also an avid golfer who enjoys visiting the Lake Chelan area, which is home to one of his favorite courses. What is your favorite restaurant, cafe, or business in Seattle? Red Mill has the best bacon double cheeseburger. Pair that with a blackberry shake for one of my all time favorite meals. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go? My dream is to travel to South America and visit the Amazon region because that’s where the aquarium trade is based. I would like to see all the different fish and other species, along with visiting the origins to one of my biggest passions. What is your go-to beverage and pastry at Sip and Ship? A delicious chai latte powers me through each day. I’m also fond of the salted chocolate chip cookies because they have been a day-one comfort and staple. Thanks Joe! We hope this inspires a visit to one of our cafes! Satisfy your cravings with our locally made and freshly baked pastries, or try Joe’s favorite beverage the next time you’re out running errands. If you’re a budding and busy entrepreneur, or world traveler, who needs secure delivery, access and mail handling, signing up for a digital mailbox has never been easier! Learn more here. We look forward to working with you, and have a great week everyone! Written in collaboration by Diana Naramore and Megan Pavek

Don’t let burnout stand in the way of building the life of your dreams.
Our Coffee and Conversation series is designed to inspire and uplift women in business. Whether you’re an aspiring business owner taking a first leap of faith, or a seasoned entrepreneur with heaps of experience, everyone needs support along their professional journey. Our goal is to create a positive and relatable network of talented women just like you. We gather together and benefit from having a squad who listens, learns, and continues to lead their best lives! Last week, Coffee and Conversation was ecstatic to welcome an incredibly insightful special guest speaker, Jadah Sellner. Her new book, She Builds, explores how to build sustainable businesses without burning out. Jadah touched on a few points that resonated with us, such as the importance of having a support squad. We consider the Sip and Ship team and our services a support squad to many business owners not only in Seattle but around the world! Many rely on us as their business address through our private mailbox rentals, shipping options, public notary, scanning, and printing services. At the heart of our operation is the intention to serve you with undivided attention and care. Whatever life throws your way, we’re here for you in a variety of ways. Sip and Ship embraces the value of time as our biggest asset—by saving you time, you gain the freedom to invest your time in ways that give you what you need to focus on what matters most. Saving you time from chasing down the return of a repaired laptop, securing it for you at our shop, and having it available for pick up —at your convenience. Being your home away from home while you’re away on a writing sabbatical or exploring a new business territory. Being the place you come to for comfort and compassion while getting sensitive documents notarized to bring closure and/or begin anew. Our next Coffee and Conversation event is scheduled for Thursday, May 16th at 8:00 am - with a panel discussion on wellness in the workplace with our very own Diana Naramore, Owner of Sip and Ship; Linda Takano, Founder of Lulumeire; and Megan McNally, The Original “Chief” Badass of FBomb Breakfast Club. Don’t miss out on this meaningful and impactful opportunity to hear from more of Seattle’s leading business women. Buy your tickets here! Written in collaboration by Diana Naramore and Megan Pavek Our stores are stocked with bunnies of every kind, spring flare and unique gifts!
Imagine the joy that will spread over their face, like pure sunshine, when receiving an Easter basket filled with tantalizing treats and gifts. This is the time to round up fuzzy friends for your own love bunnies, and share in a few smiles while excitedly hunting for eggs. Whatever your traditions might be, Sip and Ship has something special for everyone as we spring forward together and enjoy the changing season. There’s a bit of cuteness overload happening in both Sip and Ship locations with a variety of Momiji dolls and plushies, the perfect companions for imaginative play or making any thought extra adorable. Momiji’s line of wishing dolls gives anyone the opportunity to dream out loud, and tuck a special note inside for discovery or safekeeping. Additionally, mini brick sets take leggos up a notch, offering a creative pastime for curious and busy fingers with the satisfaction of building something pretty cute for proud display. Sip and Ship has unique spring gifts for any spring basket or birthday! We believe that you can’t sprinkle too much pizazz with a dazzling variety of sweet treats in every color! Move over Peeps, incoming, plump sour fish and gummies in every shade of the rainbow will convert any Easter gathering into mouth puckering goodness. And for the mothers, fathers, and caregivers who go the extra mile to make every holiday spectacular: don’t forget to reward yourself with an extra shot of espresso, a bottle of wine, or a diamond-infused Vitamasque from your local Sip and Ship. What a wonderful time of the year to get outside, appreciate the blooming flowers, and hop into warmer weather. We can’t wait to help you create happy memories with one another! Experience the magnetic energy of connecting with women entrepreneurs and women in business our next Coffee and Conversation event. Good morning fellow movers and shakers! International Women’s Day is right around the corner, and each year we are thrilled to honor and celebrate women around the world —especially those within our local communities. Last year, Sip and Ship created a campaign highlighting female entrepreneurs and business owners who are shifting the culture of working women and the impact we have with other women, our families and our businesses in building greater opportunities for ourselves and others while creating a better world. This year, while Sip and Ship continues to serve as their business headquarters with our private mailbox services, we aim to broaden awareness and support women entrepreneurs and locally owned businesses with in-person sessions called Coffee and Conversation. Every quarter, 50 women in business are invited to gather for what has become a testament to building stronger connections, business collaborations and more creative decision making within our respective industries—with great intention in doing so together. Our next Coffee and Conversation event will be on Thursday, March 21st at the Greenwood Sip and Ship. Hosted by Diana Naramore, Owner of Sip and Ship in partnership with by La’Kita Williams, Founder of Co-Create Work, and with special guest Jadah Sellner, Best Selling Author of SheBuilds, Keynote and TedX Speaker, business mentor, poet and podcaster. Jadah’s anti-hustle philosophy by building businesses with L.O.V.E. will keep you on the edge of your seat. Speaking of, seats are limited so reserve yours today! In honor of International Women’s Day, we hope you will join us in finding ways to cultivate inclusion, kindness and engagement by actively supporting women within your communities —cheering her on as she creates, builds and lives the life of her dreams! One way to do that is by sharing this email with her —to become a part of an abundant and resourceful community of women dedicated to fostering meaningful relationships, integrating better work-life practices and making positive impacts with the lives she touches. Tickets are available here but won’t last long! Timing may not line up this round, but don’t sweat it. Carve out time on your own schedule to connect and celebrate with a woman who you’re curious about or inspired by. Invite her to join you for coffee or chai latte at our dine-in Sip and Ship cafes. Either way, we look forward to seeing and supporting you in all ways imaginable! Written in collaboration by Diana Naramore and Megan Pavek |
