Getting through this pandemic has been trying, to say the least, and impacting each of us in ways we could have never imagined. This is tough stuff.
Sip and Ship hopes that being open for business might help you take advantage of an opportunity to help our shared community by helping a neighbor in need. We invite you to join us in this effort by dropping off any non-perishable food item(s) that will go directly to the Ballard Food Bank and Greenwood FamilyWorks. As unemployment continues its ripple effect across Washington State, Governor Inslee has challenged all of us to help our local food banks. Sip and Ship has containers in our shops to collect any pantry items you’d like to donate. Anything you can provide will add great value and resilience within our community. Meanwhile, Team Sip and Ship feels privileged to be able to take care of you and your coffee to-go, mailing, and notary needs. With gratitude, Diana and Team “Calm seas never made a good sailor." - Franklin D. Roosevelt
This is a reminder to us all to stay the course during these difficult times. Sip and Ship is fortunate to have the ability to provide you with a safe place to come to get your mailing services handled quickly and efficiently. Both store locations now have social distancing mapped out for you on our floors with the primary objective of keeping you and our crew safe while conducting business. Our Ballard coffee shop is open Monday through Saturday from 10am-4pm. Serving to-go cups of coffee and homemade scones, banana bread, and salted-chocolate-chip cookies. Our team hopes to bring some semblance of normalcy while we continue to navigate these unchartered waters together. We appreciate you working with us while we figure out the best ways to be of service and support to you and your loved ones. Sincerely, Diana and Team In these troubled times, Sip and Ship wants to continue to be here for you. Our team continues to be focussed on the basics of care by ensuring our level of service isn’t interrupted but elevated. We invite you to join us in practicing social distancing before, during and after visiting Sip and Ship - - beause it is working “however, we are not out of the woods, yet, “ Governor Inslee.
Sip and Ship has mapped out safety zones within our shops indicated with line grids and X marks on our floors for safe distancing. We encourage you to use these guides while being taken care of or waiting to be taken care of. If you are unable to find a safe social distance, please wait outside the shop until it’s safe for you to enter. Let’s continue to do our part with increased awareness through social distancing in all areas of our lives. Stay home, stay safe and let’s keep connected. Diana and Team |
