It’s no secret to most of you, that small business is struggling with hiring right now - Sip and Ship is no different. Over the past several months, quite a few of our cherished and tenured employees have moved on - as we always encourage them to chase their dreams. Replacing them has never been easy, as Sip and Ship service leaders (both past and present) are treasured individuals. We often relish the search of finding diamonds in the rough and excitedly integrating them onto our team.
