Been a customer for several years, since 2019. Opened my mailbox account for my small adventure business. This month I ordered something and forgot to address it to my original business name, and instead addressed it to my DBA name (Doing Business As). Consequently, I was incurring the standard $5 fee to receive mail with any names other than that on the account. In my case, that's either my human name, or my business entity's state registered and licensed name. In order to receive more packages to my DNA name, it will cost $15 to add another recipient name on the account. Now, I have five dollars, and I even have fifteen dollars, but it's the matter of principle here for me. Joe came through with a solution - return to sender. I agreed, which was fortuitous because after I ordered I realized I wanted a different color instead, but by the time I went to that independent store's website to change my order, it was listed as already shipped.
