Dreams Unveiled: Crafting Your Year

The next installment of Coffee and Conversation is on Thursday, January 18th!

Sip and Ship knows that a strong support network is the secret to any successful business. Over the years, we have been fortunate to connect with so many amazing individuals and their companies while creating thoughtful partnerships and relishing in the magic of effective collaborations.

The Coffee and Conversation series was born from our motivation to share our journey with other local business owners, knowing that they have tips and best practices to share with us too! Our passion for empowering women to be the bosses of their own destiny grows every day, in hopes of cultivating a safe and productive space to gather and learn from one another.

Dreams are the colorful foundation of our goals, but a realistic and well-thought-out plan is needed to manifest and make them a reality. Join us on Thursday, January 18th for a panel discussion on goal setting and how you can make the most of your people, products, and processes in 2024 for your business. We can’t wait to crack these codes with our moderator La’Kita Williams, Founder of Co-Create Work, and our two special guest panelists:

• Sara Dean, Founder of The Shameless Mom Academy, Mindset and Business and Leadership Coach supporting women in leadership.
• Danielle Jenkins Henry, Founder of Dream Life Out Loud, PLLC, Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, Corporate Wellness Consultant, Adjunct Professor, Empowerment Coach, and Speaker.

Together, we will learn how to break down big-picture goals into smaller and more feasible tasks, create a realistic timeline, regularly assess progress with our team, and remain open to adjusting strategies as needed. Throughout this year we will stay motivated by celebrating small victories along the way with our teams and this group of amazing entrepreneurial masterminds!

Greenwood Sip and Ship doors open at 7:30 am to mix and mingle, order up a latte before we begin at 8 am. Coffee and tea will be served complimentary. Craft-made lattes and pastries are available for purchase.
