What sets Sip and Ship apart is how we go above and beyond for our customers. Providing excellent service is at the forefront of every thing we do. Even in hectic times or days off, we are never too busy to prioritize what matters most.
This is exactly what happened a few weeks ago when a couple traveling to Burning Man was facing some logistical issues. Hailing from Montreal, they had wanted to order specialized bikes, gifts, and other supplies from Amazon. However, the items could not be shipped to Canada which initiated a search for a secure shipping address located in the US.
After further investigation, they decided to contact Sip and Ship to see if we could help. Working with Emmanuel and Sarah a solution was found: they opened a temporary virtual mailbox and shipped their supplies to us. The only catch was accommodating their travel schedule as they drove to Seattle to pick up the packages before continuing on to Nevada.
Diana and Steve graciously agreed to come in on their day off and open up the store, after hours, to make this happen. This is a true testament to Sip and Ship’s commitment of supporting our customers and making their dreams a reality!
Our virtual mailboxes give you more options; to make the most of the time you have, to do the thing, tackle the bucket list, and let us handle the logistics! We are so grateful for customers like Emmanuel and Sarah who trusted us with their important belongings, details and ultimately, cherished memories. In fact, Sarah infomed us last week that Burning Man is going to be a regular trip for them, and they are already planning a return trip next year!
