You said, “we want more local goods, more coffee shop seating and to keep Sip and Ship’s amazing selection of cards and gifts coming.” We say, “Ok!”
You also asked for more parking! We’ve asked the city about this, and they’ll be getting back to us ;)
Regarding your requests for more cafe seating, check out the early stages of our Greenwood expansion - 2019 is the year we double our footprint with more seating and services for our Greenwood/Phinney Ridge Sip and Ship community.
