Need to send back something you purchased online?

We make the process easy. Simply bring us your pre-paid return label and we’ll print it, attach it, and get your package ready to go and sent!

Here's What You Need to Do

Step 1: Send Us Your Label

Email (greenwood@sipandship.com) your pre-paid return label, we’ll print it for your return package, and tape it up when you get here for as little as $2.85+ per label.

Step 2: Bring Us Your Return

Bring in your items or package, we’ll take care of the rest. Already packed? Perfect. Or we'll do that too (packing and tape fees may apply).

Step 3: Treat Yourself

Now reward yourself with a latte and a fresh-from-the-oven chocolate chip cookie, or slice of banana bread.

Note: Oversized pre-paid packages are subject to a $5+ drop-off fee.
