Where Everyday Errands Meet a Little Extra
May is Mental Health Awareness Month—a perfect time to notice what fuels your well-being. At Sip and Ship, we believe errands can offer more than just efficiency. They’re a chance to pause, connect, and care—for others and for yourself. New this month: We now accept QR Codes for all USPS services and some FedEx services (unfortunately, not UPS—yet). There is a $2.50 label printing fee, waived with any in-store coffeeshop or gift boutique purchase—a great chance to enjoy our customer rave--Ginger Molasses Cookie or Signature Vegan Walnut Date Bar. Take a few extra minutes during your visit to discover feel-good finds that support mental clarity and emotional wellness:
At Sip and Ship, we’re here to make the ordinary feel a little extraordinary—and to remind you that your well-being matters, every day. With care and community, Your Sip and Ship Team

“To the world, you are a mother. To your family, you are the world.” —Unknown
Moms come in many forms: Human moms, stepmoms, auntie-moms Animal moms and earth mamas Plant moms, mentor moms, chosen moms Each one nurtures in their own unique way. This Mother’s Day, Sip and Ship is here to help you celebrate all the moms—with the simplicity of a thoughtful card and a meaningful message. We asked our team: What’s the best advice your mom ever gave you? What’s a memory you hold dear? How do you honor or remember her? Here’s what they shared:
From me, as a mom: What makes me me as a mom? All of us want to set a good example for our children. As a new mom, especially when my boys were little. I did whatever it took to start their day off right: a gentle nudge awake, a good breakfast, an encouraging school drop-off and soft reminder as they hopped out of the car: “Be a good friend.” What makes my mom uniquely my mom: She’s a natural storyteller—her strongest form of communication. She’s a teacher, an adventurer, and an activist at heart. Her words can move mountains—and her chicken and wild rice soup? Legendary. Whether you're honoring your own mom, a friend who's like a mom, or yourself this Mother’s Day, we’ve curated a few heartfelt gift ideas to celebrate her: Danica clutch bags – Beautifully adorned, locally made, and designed with a give-back mission. Tiny & Snail cards – A sister-owned family business whose messages speak volumes. Lucca Paperworks – Seattle-based, women-owned, and brimming with charm and wit. Lulumiere peony candle – Made in Seattle by a woman of AAPI heritage, this scent is spring in a jar. At Sip and Ship, we believe in the power of celebrating moms—and in the importance of supporting local makers and women in business who help bring warmth and beauty to our everyday lives. Come find the card—and gift—that says what’s in your heart. With warmth and admiration, —Diana and the Sip and Ship Team While you're shopping for mom, let us take care of you!
