Through this process, we aligned our individual wisdom, experience, and aspirations to craft a shared vision that will guide us in serving our team and community with heart and purpose.

Vision boarding is more than just cutting and pastind images onto a board. It's a way for us to articulate and translate our mission into tangible goals. By visually mapping out what we want to achieve, we can better focus our energy, align our efforts, and bring clarity to our daily work. It's also an incredibly fun and creative way to collaborate, reflect, and set the tone for the year ahead.

1. Lulumiere
Linda, aka “Lulu,” is the creator behind Lulumiere, a candle brand inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. With a deep connection to scent, Linda’s candles are infused with memories—from her mother’s rose garden to travels in Thailand. Pouring candles has been a form of healing for Linda, and she believes that scent has the power to soothe, refresh, and even heal.

In 2021, Linda opened a store in Seattle’s U-District, where she pours candles daily, teaches workshops, and offers candle refills. Her mission is to bring the outdoors in and create experiences that promote renewal and well-being. Her shower steamers and Northwest scented candles are year-round staples at Sip and Ship, excellent any-occassion gifts and care package toppers!


2. Ginger P. Designs
Gina’s love for stationery began long before she launched Ginger P. Designs. As a child, while most kids bolted to the toy section, Gina was drawn to the school supplies aisle, mesmerized by the colors and patterns of notebooks, pencils, and cards. That passion has never wavered. After creating her own wedding invitations in 2010, Gina gained the confidence to start designing paper products professionally, and Ginger P. Designs was born.

Her cards are the perfect blend of vibrant design and heartfelt expression. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or a “just because” moment, Ginger P. Designs offers cards capture the essence of every occasion with thoughtfulness and creativity.


3. Carolyn Suzuki Goods
Carolyn Suzuki Goods is a brand founded by Carolyn Suzuki, whose journey is rooted in a passion for designing timeless pieces that bring joy and beauty into people’s lives. Each product tells a story of dedication to craftsmanship, creativity, and sustainability. Carolyn’s card collection embodies a playful elegance and a strong sense of purpose. Each card is designed to honor and celebrate your loved ones and at Sip and Ship they serve as a reminder that great things are made with intention.


4. Parcel
The Parcel collection offers a beautifully curated selection of handcrafted stationery and decorations that evoke a charming old-world feeling - like this beautiful paper metallic chandlelier. The small four member team at Parcel crafts every item by hand and to order, ensuring each piece is made with care and attention to detail. Their goal is to enchant and delight all generations with timeless, handmade goods. Parcel brings a unique touch to every piece they create and proudly featured in both Sip and Ship locations.

At Sip and Ship, we believe our strength lies in our people—our constellation of stars—who bring dedication, warmth, and service to life every day. This month, we celebrate them at our 9th Annual Team Appreciation Dinner, a night dedicated to recognizing the heart and soul of Sip and Ship.
A highlight of the evening is honoring our CHWAG award winners—those who exemplify Courage, Hard Work, Authenticity, and Gratitude—as well as our MVP and newest recognition, the Rising Star Award. These individuals shine among us, leading by example and elevating our shared mission.

This year, Steve and I wanted to turn the tables—serving our team and caring for them as they care for our community. Our journey in building Sip and Ship has always been about more than just shipping, coffee, and mailboxes. It’s about creating a place that feels good—welcoming like home, cared for like family, and dependable in ways that bring ease, joy, and balance into everyday life.
