Pros
One of the best reasons why I love working at Sip and Ship is that they saw potential in me even though I joined their team with little to no customer service or shipping experience. They took the time to train me and then when I was ready to cross-train me in other areas of the company. They believe in promoting from within and today I am on their virtual mail team and help train new employees.

Covid has been really hard on us. Having to ask adults to wear a face mask when they come into the shop has been stressful and tiring.

Sip and ship is a great environment to grow and broaden your horizons and experience in the customer service field. The management is present and motivated. The CEO is also very present and makes sure to spread her knowledge to the staff. Overall sip and ship is a place where I can grow and add to tools at my disposal.

One of the only cons I can think of is that it’s a little overwhelming when learning.
